About the role:
This is a part-time private duty caregiver position for a fun-loving sociable adult who thrives on activity, conversation, and new experiences. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, patience, and a genuine love of connecting with people.
What you’ll do:
- Provide companionship and engaging, active support throughout the day
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Encourage participation in hobbies, outings, and community activities
- Support a safe, positive, and fun environment
- Communicate warmly and respectfully, treating our loved one with dignity and respect
- Coordinate with family members on daily needs and preferences
What we are looking for:
- An outgoing, energetic personality. Someone who genuinely enjoys being active and engaged
- Patience, reliability, and a caring, positive attitude
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record and active auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
