Seeking dependable person who enjoys working outdoors, has landscape installation experience and can work independently or lead a small crew to complete high-quality landscaping projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead or work independently on landscape installation projects
- Install irrigation systems
- Install sod and perform lawn renovations
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.
- Perform landscape maintenance and fertilization services
- Install hardscape features including pavers, retaining walls, edging, concrete elements, etc.
- Operate landscaping equipment including skid steers, mini excavators (track hoes), mini compact loaders, and other machinery
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
Qualifications
- 2 years of landscape installation experience preferred
- Previous team leader or crew leader experience is a plus
- Experience with irrigation installation and repair preferred
- Experience operating landscaping equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compact loaders
- Ability to lift 100 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
