Compensation
This is a commission-driven role with a monthly draw so you're not starving while you build the pipeline. Commission is tiered on actual gross profit at job close-out — we pay on real numbers, not bid-day estimates. There's a sign-on bonus at the 6-month mark for candidates who show up and build. Strong estimators with good hit rates and margin discipline will earn well into six figures. Full comp plan shared with serious candidates.
