Position Summary
The Night Auditor is responsible for the duties of the Guest Service Rep and the following Night Auditor responsibilities.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Consists of balancing the daily work from the daily business, run all computer reports, deliver guest bills to guest rooms, distribution of all reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications
Education: General Education and/or comparable work experience.
Required Knowledge:
- Basic computer literacy
- Good Keyboarding skills and ability to type 30-35 wpm
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and phones skills
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Previous cash handling abilities
Work Environment: The duties for this position are typically carried out in climate controlled areas. Also includes standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
