We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Refrigeration Technician / Installer to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone with refrigeration experience, as well as someone who is new to the trade and eager to learn.

Our work primarily involves installing coolers, running line sets, brazing, and completing quick service and installation trips. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, shows up ready to work, and wants to build a career in refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Install and assist with commercial refrigeration equipment and coolers
• Install and connect refrigeration line sets
• Perform brazing and other basic refrigeration installation tasks
• Assist with equipment startup and testing
• Travel to job sites for short-duration installation and service work
• Use hand and power tools safely and properly
• Follow instructions, job specifications, and safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work independently when trained and as part of a team when needed
• Learn proper refrigeration installation and service procedures
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations

Qualifications

• Previous refrigeration or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
• Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn and develop refrigeration skills
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
• Ability to work in different environments and job-site conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical job duties
