Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and attention to quality
• Greet guests with energy and make them feel welcome from the moment they walk in
• Take accurate orders using Toast POS and handle transactions confidently
• Maintain clean, organized work areas that are always ready for the next rush
• Support teammates during busy periods and step in wherever needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Look for ways to improve the guest experience, not just complete assigned tasks
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Accept feedback with a positive attitude and apply it to improve performance
