Wynne Pest Solutions is looking for a motivated, dependable Pest & Termite Control Technician to join our team!

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine residential and commercial pest control services
- Conduct termite inspections and treatments
- Perform crawl space inspections as part of termite work
- Provide mosquito control treatments
- Identify pest and termite issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Complete service work accurately and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
- Follow all company procedures and applicable licensing and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated and dependable individual with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and stay productive when unattended
- Ability to lift approximately 25–30 pounds
- Clean driving record/MVR
- Drug-free workplace requirement
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Willingness to study for and obtain required pest control licensing
- Previous pest control or termite experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
