About Us: Founded in 1967, The Center at ACCA is a private, non-profit organization serving older adults and families in 26 counties of Northeast and East Georgia. The Center serves more than 17,000 older adults and caregivers annually through innovative programs and partnerships that enable them to remain connected, independent, healthy, and engaged in their communities.

Our Story: Older adults are the fastest-growing segment of our population in Northeast Georgia. Throughout The Center at ACCA’s history, we have offered vital services to older adults and adults with disabilities that meet the current and emerging needs of this population. As the population of older adults continues to grow rapidly across our region, so does the need for creative programs, strong community partnerships, and passionate advocates who are committed to building a future where everyone can age with dignity and purpose.
