Residential Maintenance Tech

We are looking for EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technicians for a local apartment complex in Athens, GA. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Regular responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
-Completion of resident work orders in a timely manner.
-Reporting on status of work orders and clearing work orders from the work order tracking system.
-Performing the punch and turnkey of apartments as they become vacant, to include changing locks and making new keys.
-Sharing in on-call responsibilities.
-Performing appliance and HVAC repairs and replacements as needed (ongoing training is provided and encouraged).
- HVAC tech certification is a plus but not required!
-Be available to work occasional overtime if needed.

In this roll you will:
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and travel arrangements
Assist with Accounts Payables/Receivables, payroll, and reconciliations
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Answer phones, screen, and direct calls, take and relay accurate messages in a professional and efficient manner
Provide information to about the company’s services which may include assisting with inquiries or requests
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Provide administrative support which may include faxing, scanning, and copying documents, data entry, preparing documents and reports, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments
Assist with various projects as needed
We like to hear from candidates with:
2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Accounting experience is a plus
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
