1st and 3rd shifts available.
Pay is based on experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in CNC machining is a plus.
- MUST have experience with Calipers and Gauges!
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and programming CNC machines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of tooling.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and commitment to safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts from engineering specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, load materials, and program machines using G-code.
- Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and conduct quality checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform routine machine maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
