About Us:  Ghavi’s is an upscale fine-dining restaurant renowned for exceptional cuisine, craft cocktails, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team and help us deliver an extraordinary experience behind the bar.

Job Summary:  The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving exceptional beverages in a refined dining environment. This role demands a passion for the craft, deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail technique, outstanding guest interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

l  Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism, take drink orders, and offer informed recommendations tailored to each guest

l  Craft and present high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision, consistency, and an eye for detail befitting a fine-dining setting

l  Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including seasonal cocktails, wine selections, and food pairings

l  Assist with opening and closing; proper setup and breakdown of the bar; upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance throughout the bar area; handle guest payments accurately

l  Partner with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless, cohesive service

Qualifications & Requirements

l  Exceptional communication and warmth; a natural ability to connect with guests

l  In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including production methods, flavor profiles, and pairing principles

l  Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient during high-volume service periods

l  Minimum 2 years of bartending experience; prior experience in upscale setting

l  Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
