OPERATOR I (FULL-TIME)
Our fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking Operators on all shifts. This position will provide the
successful candidates with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe
environment. The ideal candidate for this role has 3+ years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, pays strong attention to
detail, is dedicated to learning, and is committed to workplace safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
- Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
- Effectively monitor production equipment
- Resolve operational issues and escalate them as necessary to Lead Operator
- Operate forklifts to move, pull, load and unload materials
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Follow established safety rules and regulations; maintain good 5S and cleanliness during the shift
Your Skillset
- Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting
- Fulfill physical requirements of the position including walking, standing, stooping and climbing
- Able to lift a maximum of 60 pounds and stand for an eight-hour work shift
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts; 24/7 operation may require to work adjusted shifts
- Committed to quality, safety and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years industrial experience or in related areas
