We are a manufacturing company specializing in custom rubber compounding. We don’t run “standard” parts; we mix specialized compounds to meet exact customer specifications. We are looking for a floor-ready Production Supervisor who can balance “old-school” work ethic with “new-school” precision. You will be responsible for leading a crew through a layer of Shift Leads to hit production targets while maintaining strict ISO 9001 compliance.
Core Responsibilities: Quality & Efficiency
-
ISO 9001 Leadership: Act as the primary enforcer of quality standards on the floor. Ensure all batch documentation, scale calibrations, and mixing logs are audit-ready at all times.
-
Lean Implementation: Identify “waste” in the legacy process (excess movement, material scrap, or downtime) and implement Lean solutions to keep the lines moving.
-
Operational Flow: Coordinate the staging of raw materials to ensure seamless transitions between custom batches.
-
Team Management: Mentor and manage a diverse team of 20–25. You will work through your Shift Leads to maintain discipline, safety, and high morale.
-
Process Troubleshooting: Be the first responder for batch deviations or equipment issues.
